Registration

Participation fee

There is a participation fee for the conference which covers lunch on both days and the evening events as indicated in the programme. The fee for participants registering before the 15th May 2007 is 90 €. The fee after this date is 105 €. All prices are shown excluding VAT.

Payment

After registration for the conference an invoice will be issued containing the total amount due for the registered participant(s) from your institution. Invoices for participants registering before the 15th May 2007 will be issued at the beginning of June after which all other invoices will be issued at regular intervals before the conference. Payment should be made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice and by 27th June at the latest.

Transfer of registration

Transfer of a registration to another colleague within the same institution is possible and free of charge but must be clarified beforehand with unisolution.

Cancellation

The following charges apply for the cancelled registrations:
Cancellation on or before 15th May 2007: no charge
Cancellation after 15th May 2007: 35 euro
Cancellation on or after 20th June 2007: full conference fee will be charged

Refunds

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to unisolution. If you have already paid your conference fee when you cancel, unisolution will take the cancellation charge from your refund. If you have not yet paid your fee when you cancel, unisolution will send you an invoice for the cancellation charge if applicable
